Heat Exchangers

Vessco Engineering design and manufacture shell and tube heat exchangers and air coolers. In addition many customers require replacement bundles – both shell and tube bundles and air cooler bundles. Heat exchangers manufactured have ranged from just a dozen tubes to well over 3,000 tube units; in metals including carbon steel, chrome molybdenum, stainless steels, duplex, super duplex, nickel alloys and 6Mo.

Vessco have made a wide variety of shapes and sizes including kettles and superheaters, units with thin walled multi-convolution bellows and exchangers with thick walled bellows. Vessco Engineering can provide ASME U stamp heat exchangers and have shipped units to all continents of the world.

Rapid turnaround of replacement bundles can be hugely important during refinery shut-down periods Vessco Engineering respond to such requirements by working 24/7 to complete urgent re-tubes and bundles to strict deadlines.
