Our Design Engineers make use of several advanced CAD applications to ensure each vessel meets client specifications:
Finglow is a complete solution for vessel design, analysis and evaluation, allowing the design of equipment for the most extreme environments. Finglow allows accurate definition of pressure boundary conditions for vessels and systems. The graphical analysis models ensure confidence in the input and results.
Calculations can be performed in accordance with ASME Section VIII Divisions 1 & 2, PD 5500 and EN 13445. Other international codes are also catered for.
STAAD Pro is a comprehensive structural analysis and design package, capable of analysing any structure exposed to static loading, including dynamic response, wind, earthquake, and moving loads.
AutoCAD Inventor delivers robust 3D drawing and design capabilities, allowing us to create parametric parts, assemblies, and production level drawings. The platform has all the tools necessary for generating complex surfaces, sheet metal flat patterns, and structural weldments.
AutoCAD is used for 2D requirements and where 2D CAD files are a customer preference.
At the heart of our design engineering process lies our Document Control set up, providing critical support to the successful running of each contract. We have a bespoke in-house database for the submission and receipt of all submittal documents, accurately recording the status of any document at any time.
