Intimate knowledge of our client’s requirements intertwined with a finger on the pulse approach to where contracts are internally, forms the basis of our approach to Contract Management. This approach lends itself well to front end commercial support during FEED and subsequent stages, helping to generate the strongest of customer relationships.
Interaction with other departments remains imperative too, our Engineering departments Document Control set up, provides critical support to the successful running of any contract. Our internally developed data base for the submission and receipt of all submittals documents, accurately records the status of any document, at any time.
As suggested above, Contracts are the lifeblood of any business and at Vessco we believe in a partnership approach to everything we do. Our methodologies aim to uncover the unique, new and evolving requirements for each project; we then plan for them accordingly. Through our experience, we’ve gained an understanding of the common challenges which our different clients face. If, as is so often the case a single point contact is our client preference, then that’s what we’ll do. If however, Inspectors wish to talk to Inspectors and Designers to Designers then we can facilitate that too. The objective is to meet our group’s aspiration of providing exceptional customer service.
