Our approach to Contract Management is based on intimate knowledge of our client’s requirements, coupled with rigorous internal project management.
This lends itself well to front end commercial support during FEED and subsequent stages, helping to generate strong, long term customer relationships.
At Vessco we believe in a partnership approach to everything we do. Our methodologies aim to uncover the unique, new and evolving requirements for each project; and to plan for them accordingly. Our Contract Management team works closely with our engineering departments to provide seamless customer service:
- Document control and support from engineers during contract set-up
- An internal database to manage communications and the status of all documents in real time.
Understanding Customer Requirements
Through our experience, we’ve gained an understanding of the common challenges which our different clients face, but also recognise that each project comes with unique challenges. Furthermore, every customer has unique requirements and a preferred style of working with suppliers.
For example, if a single point contact is the client preference, then that’s what we’ll do. If however, Inspectors wish to talk to Inspectors and Designers to Designers then we can facilitate that too.
